Eric Swain

Mr. Swain started his career on Wall Street in 1982.  He is a seasoned executive with extensive experience and knowledge within the Fixed Income and Equity Markets where he serviced large institutional accounts.  Mr. Swain later concentrated on the equity markets focusing on small cap public and private companies advising them on capital formation, business strategy and portfolio management.  Having worked at Bear Stearns, Citigroup Capital Markets and most recently Morgan Stanley as a high level executive, Mr. Swain developed the necessary skills to help build businesses, create strategies for growth and attract financing for small to mid sized companies. He joined Global Resource as the CEO in October of 2008.


Peter Worthington

Mr. Worthington is a London based experienced senior executive with a 30 year career spanning legal (private and corporate), commercial, business development and senior general management / leadership roles in natural resources, particularly in the energy sector, with Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton.  He has conducted business in many cultures and countries and has a deep understanding of the global business of natural resources. Currently, he runs a commercial consultancy business and is involved in various energy start-up ventures.


Paul Sweeney

Mr. Sweeney is the principal and financial advisor of Paul Sweeney Financial Services. From 2002 until February 2007 Mr. Sweeney was an Investment Manager with the Bank of Ireland.  Prior to the Bank of Ireland he was a bank manager for National Irish Bank. Mr. Sweeney has a Diploma in Financial Services and a B.A in Finance.  In 2006 Mr. Sweeney received the national Investor Manager of the Year Award.


Kim Thorne O'Brien

Mrs. O’brien was the former sales and business development executive at MedImmune, Inc., Genentech, Inc. and Advanced Traces, Inc.  She is currently the President of Independence, Inc., a Consulting Company for startup biotech companies, including Diasome Pharmaceuticals, Better Health, LLC and Personalized Oncology.  Mrs. O’brien currently serves on the Board of Directors/Trustees for 3 different companies.


Lincoln Jones III

Major General, USA (Ret.)

Mr. Jones III is currently President of Lincoln Associates, Inc. located in Huston, Texas.  The firm provides assistance regarding political-military subjects, and energy related interests both in the United States and internationally to a variety of clients.  In addition,  General Jones is the Chairman of the Board of Worldwide Strategic Partners, Inc & International Spectrum and Development Corporation.

General Jones concluded thirty-two years of active duty as the Commanding General of the United States Army's Southern European Task Force in the Mediterranean. During his military career, he saw service in Vietnam, Korea, Italy, West Germany, Hawaii, Fort Carson, Colorado, Washington, D.C., Fort Lewis, Washington, and the Panama Canal Zone.

He held various senior command and staff positions at NATO, National, and Field levels to include: Acting Commander and Deputy Commanding General, V Corps, Frankfurt, Germany; Deputy Chief of Staff for Support, Allied Land Forces Southern Europe, Verona, Italy; Assistant Division Commander for Operations, Commander, 2nd Brigade, and Chief of Staff, 9th Infantry Division, Fort, Lewis, Washington; Deputy Commander, 193rd Infantry Brigade, Panama Canal Zone; and Assistant Executive to The Vice Chief of Staff, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C.


Fredrick A. Clark

Mr. Clark is President and CEO of Clark Resources, a minority business, government relations and consulting firm dedicated to identifying problems and applying practical solutions.  Mr. Clark has worked in government, public and private sectors and has received numerous awards based on his ingenuity and performance as it relates to MBE/WBE diversity programs and is certified at the Department of General Services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Known for his ability to solve crisis and simply, “get things done,” Mr. Clark has been contacted by many corporations and government agencies such as Reynolds Construction, PHEAA, Hershey Corporation, PHFA, Penn State University and many others to assist and consult on various special projects.


Jonathan Simon

Mr. Simon has been a director of the GRC since September 20 2007. Mr. Simon had been engaged in the recycling industry since approximately the mid 1970’s. From 1990 to March 2006 he was president of Royal Green Corp. a company engaged primarily in recycling ferrous metals. From April 2006 to the Present, he has been President of Royal Green LLC a successor company to the corporation still engaged in recycling ferrous metals. In addition, since May 2006 he has been a director of Green Energy Technologies (wind energy). Mr. Simon graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1973 with a BS in Biology (with Honors)
