AUTO SHREDDER RESIDUE
Auto Shredder Residue (ASR) consists of the residual light
fraction of shredder residue and may contain fibrous
textiles, polyurethane foams, plastics, rubber, and a wide
variety of light metal content. This material may be
saturated with oils and engine coolants and miscellaneous
dirt and stone. (1) It is estimated that an average of
twenty percent (20%) of every automobile is comprised of
this material.

GRC TECHNOLOGY
The ASR
material is bombarded with our specific microwave frequency
in the form of “molecular vibrations” which causes the
“cracking” of the hydrocarbon chain. As a result, the
hydrocarbon components contained within the ASR materials
are gasified. The NATURAL GAS is then collected – the
remaining gases are converted into OIL.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
The GRC Energy
Recovery Technology operates in a vacuum. THE RESULT -
nothing is released into the environment.
